All associated import costs, including air freight and duties, are fully covered by JPMall.UK. Customers only need to cover the domestic shipping fee within the UK.
Our deliveries are carried out through the UK’s Royal Mail parcel service. Orders are dispatched within two days of purchase and are expected to arrive at your doorstep within 5-6 days.
To ensure our prices remain competitive in the UK, the product prices already include VAT but exclude local shipping fees. For orders under £20, the Royal Mail charges £3 for shipping. Orders of £20 or above are eligible for free shipping. We don’t hide shipping costs in our prices or use “free shipping” to earn additional profits.
