By processing through water-soaking and steaming, the flavor of the barley is enhanced. The barley is then carefully roasted for an extended time in a four-time kettle roast, resulting in a barley tea with a rich flavor.
Iced Barley Tea: Place one small bag in 1.5L of boiling water, boil for 2-3 minutes. Once cooled, it can be refrigerated. Hot Barley Tea: Place one small bag in a teapot and add boiling water.
