KOKUBO 1-Tablespoon Butter Cutter is a Japanese-made cutter for portioning butter.

It is useful when recipes call for 1 tablespoon of butter. Designed for 200g butter blocks, it helps cut approximately 1 tablespoon of butter, around 12g. It also has a guide line for approximately 1 teaspoon, around 4g.

Useful for toast, pancakes, baking, cookies, cooking preparation and portioning butter for later use.
