KOKUBO Egg Master is a Japanese-made egg mixing stick designed for beating eggs more evenly.
When eggs are mixed with chopsticks, the egg white can remain stringy and uneven. This tool has a curved tip and small holes that help break up the egg white and mix the yolk and white more smoothly.
Move it left and right along the side of the bowl to mix the egg. Compared with whisking strongly with a regular whisk, it is less likely to beat in too much air, making it suitable when you want a smoother egg mixture.
Suitable for tamago kake gohan, tamagoyaki, omelette, omurice, egg drop soup, chawanmushi, pancakes and everyday cooking preparation.
