A powder-type agent made from natural oil/fat ingredients that turns used cooking oil into a gel so it can be disposed of as burnable trash. Mix 1 sachet (20g) into about 600ml of hot oil (around 80°C or above), stir to dissolve, then let it cool and solidify. Helps you clean up without dirtying hands or the kitchen, and you can solidify fried crumbs together.
