KOKUBO Oui Monsieur Sifter Spoon is a compact sifter spoon made in Japan.
Scoop a small amount of flour, starch, icing sugar, cocoa powder or other powder, then gently shake the spoon to sift evenly through the mesh at the bottom. Useful for food preparation, coating ingredients, baking and dessert decoration.
The spoon includes an approximate 1 tablespoon guide line, making it convenient for small-quantity use.
